We are currently seeking:
-
Board Delegate: Be a voice for our families and help guide the strategic decisions of the association.
-
Registrar: The "front door" of our club. You’ll manage player registrations, verify eligibility, and help organize team rosters. This is a great role for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys helping families get started.
-
Field & Equipment Manager: Help us maintain the "stage" where the magic happens. You’ll oversee field conditions, equipment inventory (balls, cones, goals), and help coordinate field setup for game days.
-
Uniform Coordinator: Keep our players looking like pros! This role involves coordinating with our vendors, managing the ordering process, and organizing distribution to teams.
-
Risk Management Coordinator: Safety is our #1 priority. You’ll help ensure all coaches and volunteers have completed their required background checks and that our safety protocols are up to date.
-
Sponsorship Manager: Help us keep registration costs low by building partnerships with local businesses. If you enjoy networking and supporting the Northern Chautauqua economy, this is for you!
-
Media & Social Media Coordinator: Capture the highlights! Help us manage our social media presence, share game-day photos, and keep our community informed of upcoming events.
